How far in advance should I order your services?
The ideal time is at least 24 hours before departure, so that we can guarantee free capacity.
I need a ride right now. Can you arrange it?
Do not hesitate to call us. We will do our best to meet your needs. However, we can not guarantee availability.
How many people and belongings can fit into one vehicle?
There are several car models in our fleet. Usually, we work with vehicles for 9 people. That’s 8 seats for you and a lot of space for your belongings. But please let us know how many belongings need transport, so that we are certain there will be enough space for everybody.
How much is one ride with Panda Ride?
Every transfer is priced individually based on the length, number of passengers, and overall, the requirements and cost of your ride.
How is Panda different?
Our services are similar to the qualities of a personal driver. We arrive at your designated time; we are always happy to see you and it’s our pleasure to help you with whatever you need.
Do I need my own car seat?
All our vehicles are equipped with car seats for children of all ages and sizes. Before your ride, please provide your child’s age or weight. If you wish, we can install your own car seat into the car.
How can I pay?
You can pay via bank transfer, online or you can pay the driver in cash. In that case, please prepare the exact amount of payment.
